Goaltender Chase Perry enjoyed two separate stints with Wenatchee and has attended two separate colleges in a career that has taken him many places.
He played near home in Andover, MN in high school before joining the Wild in 2013-14 season, and was named to the NAHL All-Rookie First Team while earning a college commit to Colorado College where he played the following season. Drafted by the NHL’s Detroit Red Wings in the 2014 Entry Draft, he ended up returning to the Wild in 2015-16 as the Wild joined the BCHL. Perry then returned to college where he played for the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) Engineers.
In his senior season, he was only able to play in one game. Sidelined by injury, Perry has gone on to complete his education and has rehabbed physically to the point where he is ready to return to the ice professionally this fall, and is currently in the process of finalizing those plans.
