Don West GoFundMe

Most people in north central Washington are familiar with Don West. He spent years with the Wenatchee Wild hockey organization and most recently as the host of “The Don West Show” on NewsRadio 560 KPQ in Wenatchee. Prior to his time locally, he was a nationally known figure with TNA Wrestling and the Shop At Home Network.

He has been through a challenging ordeal battling lymphoma. A GoFundMe page has been set up to help with massive medical bills. The following message from Don was posted on the site recently.

This is Don and I wanted to share a health update and a couple next steps with you. After undergoing chemo and radiation treatments, my recovery was on track with a clean bill of health after 3 months. Unfortunately, I began having symptoms and the brain tumors have returned. I have now started my second round of chemotherapy with more aggressive and arduous treatments to follow. While this is a setback, Terri and I are staying positive and fighting the good fight! God has blessed us in ways too numerous to list including your past financial generosity and your many notes and messages of support. It has meant the world to us. I will continue to provide updates and again, thank you for investing in our future.

Don has been a big part of the Wenatchee Wild since he began with the team, and after moving on to his sports radio talk show, made great efforts to always promote the team and the players. He is forever a part of the Wild family.

Any support that Wild Nation can provide will truly be appreciated by Don and his lovely wife Terri, as well as the Wild organization. Our thoughts and prayers go with Don and his family daily.
