The Wenatchee Wild, proud members of the British Columbia Hockey League, have released their preseason schedule which includes four games to be played in Wenatchee in advance of the 2017-18 BCHL season. All four games will be played in the Town Toyota Center’s Community Ice Rink, with tickets being sold for $10 at the door as General Admission. There is no scheduled coverage on HockeyTV or radio for these games.

In keeping with the league-wide mandate, prospective players will report for the Wild Main Camp on August 21. That weekend, Aug. 25 and 26, the Wild will play a pair of games against their new Interior Division foes, the Trail Smoke Eaters. The Wild took both games against the Smoke Eaters last season, and are 3-2-0 all-time vs. Trail. Both games will begin at 7:05 pm.

The following weekend, which is also Labor Day Weekend, the Langley Rivermen will be in for a pair of exhibition games to wrap up the preseason slate. The games are scheduled for September 1 and 2, at 7:05 pm on Friday and 2:05 pm Saturday afternoon . The Wild are 10-2-1 vs the Rivermen all-time and 5-0-1 at home.

The Wild regular season will commence on Saturday September 9 on the road as Wenatchee travels to Merritt. The Home Opener follows a week later, on Saturday September 16 against the Vernon Vipers at Town Toyota Center.

Season ticket packages are on sale now at the Wild office by calling 509-888-7825. Single game tickets and group packages will be available soon. Plans are also underway for select Fan Bus trips this season and will be announced soon.
